Peach Galette Recipe (gluten-free)

1 gluten-free pie dough (recipe linked to this text)
3 medium peaches
1 tbsp local honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp turbinado sugar

Step 1
Roll the gluten-free pie dough onto a large piece of parchment. Move it to a baking sheet and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Chop your peaches into 1/4 thick slices. Then cut each slice in half. Toss with honey and cinnamon.

Brush the entire surface of your galette dough with egg white. Spread the peaches evenly over the center of the dough.

Gently fold the edges of the dough over the peaches like the photo below.

Brush the crust with an egg wash and then sprinkle with turbinado sugar.

Bake the peach galette for 45 to 55 minutes at 350 F. Best enjoyed straight from the oven.
