Stir-Fried Liver

with balsamic glaze

Grass-fed beef liver Red bell pepper Yellow onion Balsamic glaze Olive oil Sliced scallions to garnish


Stir fry onions and peppers in a little olive oil. Once they're soft, remove them to a plate. Add the liver and a little more oil to the hot skillet. Stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.

Serve with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze and garnish with sliced scallions.
