Simple Roasted Beets Recipe

Ingredients

1 LB Fresh Beets 1.5 TSP Olive Oil

Step 1

Peel all the skin from the beets then chop them into 1.5 inch pieces.

Step 2

Toss the chopped beets with olive oil and spread them on a parchment-lined baking pan.

Step 3

Roast the beets at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until they are tender when pierced with a paring knife.
