Pan-Fried Pioppino Mushrooms

4 oz Pioppino mushrooms
1/2 tbs unsalted butter
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs scallions, diced
1 clove garlic, finely diced
2 dashes salt
2 dashes pepper

Ingredients
Step 1
Clean and chop the mushrooms.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the mushrooms and stir well to coat.

When the mushrooms begin to brown, turn the heat down to medium low and drizzle with the olive oil. Add the scallions. Stir well and continue to cook.
Step 3

When the mushrooms are almost done, turn the heat to low and add garlic, salt and pepper to the pan. Stir gently and remove from heat.
