Meatballs Recipe without Egg

1 lb grass-fed ground beef 1/2 cup almond flour 1/3 cup finely-diced onion 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper

Ingredients

Mix the ingredients with your hands just until they are well integrated.

Use your hands to shape clumps of the meat mixture into meatballs. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. Turn on the broiler and brown for 2-3 minutes.

Serve on their own with a side of veggies or with your favorite sauce.
