Hamburger and Macaroni (Gluten-Free)

2 cups dry pasta 1 tsp olive oil Small onion finely diced 1lb ground beef 28oz canned tomatoes 8oz mushrooms Salt and pepper


Step 1

Sauté onion in the oil until the onion softens. Add ground beef and fry until fully cooked.

Step 2

Add canned tomatoes and sliced mushrooms to the beef and onion. Simmer gently until the mushrooms are done.
