Chopped Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Cremini mushrooms Yellow onion Beef gravy Grass-fed steak Coarse kosher salt Fresh ground pepper


Step 1

Chop the mushroom and onion and sauté until done.

Step 2

Add the mushroom and onion to the beef gravy and keep warm on the stovetop.

Step 3

Chop a pound of flank or skirt steak into small pieces and sauté over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Pour the mushroom gravy over the steak. Stir well and serve!
