3-Ingredient butternut squash soup

2 cups roasted butternut squash (mashed) 2 cups vegetable broth 2 tbsp butter


Step 1

Place the 3 ingredients into your blender. Purée into a velvety soup.

Step 2

Pour the soup into a pot on your stovetop.  Stir gently over medium heat until it’s hot. Serve immediately.
