Blueberry Galette

Blueberries, 2 cups Maple Syrup, 2 tbs Cinnamon, 1/8 tsp Flour, 1 tsp Pie Dough Egg Turbinado Sugar, 1.5 tsp


Step 1

Mix the blueberries with the maple syrup, cinnamon and flour.

Step 2

Roll out one pie dough to 12 inches round and brush with a layer of egg white.

Step 3

Top the dough with the berries and leave 1.5 inches of space around the edge.

Step 4

Fold over the edges of the galette on top of the berries. Smooth out any cracks.

Step 5

Brush an egg wash over the crust and sprinkle with the sugar. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes.
