Blueberry Crisp (Gluten-Free)

Sweet Crisp Topping Almond flour Rolled oats Light brown sugar Ground cinnamon Melted butter Blueberry Filling Blueberries Real maple syrup Flour (GF or regular) Ground cinnamon


Step 1

Stir to combine the dry ingredients for the crisp. Add the melted butter and mix well.

Step 2

Chill the topping in the fridge for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the filling ingredients in another bowl.

Step 3

Pour the blueberry filling into a 2-quart baking dish.

Step 4

Use your fingers to dollop clumps of the sweet crisp all around the top of the berries.

Step 5

Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes until the top is browning. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
